Bio: Jennifer Deason is the former CEO of Home Partners of America ("HPA"), a Blackstone portfolio company with 28K single family homes. HPA was successfully sold to Tricon Residential and Jennifer stepped down as CEO in July 2025. Prior to Home Partners, Jen was the Chair & CEO of Belong Capital, Co-Founder of Flowcode and a C-suite executive in several consumer-facing businesses. Earlier in her career, she focused on growth, operational efficiencies and international expansion as an operating executive at Bain Capital, McKinsey, World Bank and eBay. Jen has an MBA from Stanford and a BA from Yale University. She sits on the Boards of Concentrix (NYSE: CNXC), Mastercraft (NASDAQ: MCFT) and MASSMoCA. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two children.
