Bio: TC Ostrander is the Managing Partner of Catalyst Innovation Lab, where he leads the firm's early-stage venture investing in PropTech companies. TC is also the Founder and CEO of Artio, Inc., a risk transfer analysis, structuring, and execution platform focused on helping commercial real estate (CRE) companies save money on property and casualty insurance costs by providing an easy pathway into alternative risk transfer (ART) solutions and management.
