Bio: Josh Waltzer is the CEO of HomeVestors, the largest homebuyer franchise in the U.S., with approximately 1,000 independently owned and operated franchises across 47 states and Washington D.C. Prior to joining HomeVestors, Josh was the Head of Residential Bridge Lending for Bayview Asset Management’s lending platform, Silver Hill Funding.
