Bio: Alanna currently manages construction across Langdon’s entire West Coast real estate portfolio, including ground-up office, commercial tenant improvements, multifamily residential, and a large mixed-use property with food hall and historic theater. She oversees all consultants and contractors from early planning through daily operations, including design, budgeting, permitting, and scheduling. Prior to joining Langdon, Alanna worked in the field on a variety of projects with Swinerton Builders' Special Projects division. Most recently, she managed construction projects for WeWork as an owner-builder, heavily involved with landlords and internal design & real estate teams. Alanna has a Master's degree in Construction Management from Stanford University and Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles.
