Bio: Will is passionate about tackling housing shortages through product, technology, and policy innovation. Before joining Crosstree, Will worked to speed up building permits at Pulley, scaled temporary dignified housing with Pallet Shelter, and diligence Public Housing opportunities for Miami-Dade County's Public Housing and Community Development Department. He began his career investing in tech at Social Capital. He discovered he could merge his interest in startups and the built world while launching a glamping brand with SH Hotels and Resorts. Continuing his love for entrepreneurship, Will founded Harvard Business School's largest community of founders, HBSBuilds, and is an active angel investor with a focus on PropTech & GovTech startups. Will has an MBA from HBS with distinction & Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, where he wrote his capstone on the efficacy of California Senate Bill 9. He holds a BS from Stanford for a self designed major combining computer science and product design.
