Bio: Paul Hayes is a Vice President, Development at Howard Hughes Holdings. Before receiving his MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business he was a Designer for Hart Howerton, where he led design of a master planned community on Oahu; repositioning and renovation of five Waikiki hotels; master planning of a luxury hotel, resort, and beach town in Las Catalinas, Costa Rica; and strategic master planning for Mammoth Resorts. In addition to his MBA from Stanford GSB he holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Architectural Design & Urbanism from the University of Notre Dame.
