Bio: Todd Arris is Irvine Company Office Properties' Senior Vice President of Development and Construction, reporting to President Doug Holte. He is responsible for all development, construction and reinvestment activities in Northern California's seven (7) million square feet portfolio. He and his dedicated team of professionals are committed to bringing to life vibrant workplace communities designed to lead and align with progressive trends in the dynamic Silicon Valley market. Todd has spent his entire career in the Bay Area, working on many notable development projects with technology companies such as Symantec, Electronic Arts, Tibco Software, Synopsys, DropBox and LinkedIn.
