Bio: Julie Gutzwiller is a Principal of Bridge Partners, a real estate investment firm specializing in multi-family investments nationwide. During her twenty+ year tenure, Julie has helped grow the firm’s AUM from $200mm to $2B. As its CFO/COO, Julie sits on the firm’s investment committee and is responsible for tax strategy, reporting and compliance; investor relations, and; capital formation and deal structuring.
