    Bio: Fulton Capital Advisors has been a REIT investment manager since 1985 and soon will launch a wholly innovative institutional REIT strategy. Dick has been a principal in $7 billion of R.E. funds and founded Global Real Analytics (GRA) a real estate research firm that had an 11-year JV with Alliance Bernstein supporting their REIT strategy before selling GRA to Schwab in 2007. Dick's other business is wine and vineyards, cofounding two wine brands - Expression (Pinot Noir) and Tetra (Proprietary Red). Congressman Mike Thompson named Dick to 'Vintners Hall of Fame Stewards. He also served on the California Senate's 'Commission on Shareholder Rights. Academically, Dick has authored two real estate investment books and was an adjunct real estate professor at both Stanford and UC Berkeley business schools.
