Bio: Nicole Sermier is the Chief Executive Officer of EOS Residential. With 20 years tenure in the real estate field, Ms. Sermier has led equity and credit transactions across a broad range of housing sectors. Prior to EOS, Ms. Sermier served as an EMD and Head of Residential Investments at Sculptor Real Estate, where she worked for 15 years.
