Bio: Michael S. Taylor has been in the commercial real estate industry for 35 years with the past 28 in mortgage banking. Mike began his career at Coldwell Banker (now CRBE) in 1983 specializing in retail leasing and investment sales before becoming a mortgage banker in 1990. Mike was co-founder and co-owner of Churchill Real Estate, Inc. in Seattle from its inception in 1996 and was a founding Principal of Newmark Realty Capital's Seattle office in 2006, the company recently re-branded as Gantry Inc. Mike has arranged over $3 billion in financing's during his career for properties located throughout the Western United States. Mike is a native of the Pacific Northwest and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Earth Sciences from Stanford University where he was a member of the football team.
