Bio: Patrick Sweeney is a Senior Vice President of Related. Mr. Sweeney joined Related in 2011 and is responsible for acquisitions and asset management of Related Fund Management ('RFM') transactions. Mr. Sweeney has overseen the acquisition, renovation and redevelopment of over $1.5 billion of transactions on behalf of RFM. Significant projects include The Arlington, Congress Square, and Lovejoy Wharf in Boston and 511-541 West 25th St and the Paragon Building in New York. Mr. Sweeney has also been actively involved in fundraising efforts for RFM most recently culminating in the completion of a $1 billion closing for Related Real Estate Fund II, LP.
