The St. Regis Chicago
Overlooking where the Chicago River meets Lake Michigan, The St. Regis Chicago is a 101-story, mixed-use supertall skyscraper, offering the ultimate in luxury living with 393 condominiums and a 192-key, 5-star hotel. Chicago-based and family-owned Magellan Development Group worked alongside architecture and urban design practice Studio Gang, founded and led by Jeanne Gang and headquartered in Chicago, to build the landmark, also one of the tallest buildings in Chicago’s skyline. Part of Magellan’s 28-acre Lakeshore East development, The St. Regis opened in 2020 at a cost of $1 billion with the high-end hotel making its debut in May 2023.
