Bio:  Will is passionate about tackling housing shortages through business, technology, and policy innovation. Before founding Comfi Living, a tech-enabled residential development and operating platform, he worked on living-sector projects at Crosstree Real Estate Partners. Earlier, he helped speed up building permits at Pulley, scaled temporary dignified housing with Pallet Shelter, and underwrote public housing opportunities for Miami-Dade County. He began his career investing in tech at Social Capital and later merged his interests in startups and the built world by launching a glamping brand with SH Hotels & Resorts. Continuing his entrepreneurial path, Will founded HBSBuilds, Harvard Business School’s largest founder community, and is an active angel investor in PropTech and GovTech startups. He sits on the board of Impact Residential Development, a national LIHTC developer, and holds an MBA (with distinction) and MPP from Harvard, and a BS in Engineering from Stanford.
