Bio: Laura Nugent is an assistant portfolio manager at PGIM Real Estate and a member of the Core Debt Portfolio Management team. Alongside the other Portfolio Managers, Laura is responsible for the day-to-day management, fundraising, investor reporting and capital strategy across all US Core accounts, including the commingled US Core Debt Fund and all separate client accounts.
