  • Name: Andy Richard

    Bio: Mr. Richard is Senior Managing Director in the firm's corporate advisory business focused on clients in the real estate sector including REITs, financial sponsors, and real estate operating companies. Before, he was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse where he was head of U.S. REITs. Prior to that, he was Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he worked for 10 years including 4 years as head of EMEA real estate based in London. Mr. Richard has completed strategic and financing transactions for a broad range of leading real estate clients globally including Avison Young, Cadillac Fairview, Cerberus Real Estate, Colony Capital, Cushman & Wakefield, Front Yard Residential, GGP, Howard Hughes Corp., Intu Properties, Invitation Homes, Lineage Logistics, Prologis, Realogy, SITE Centers, Spirit Realty, Starwood Property Trust, STORE Capital, TPG Real Estate, Unibail-Rodamco, and VEREIT. He has an A.B. in English with Honors from Stanford and an MBA in Finance from Wharton, where he was a Palmer Scholar.
