Bio: Mr. Richard is Senior Managing Director in Evercore’s corporate advisory business focused on clients in the real estate sector including REITs, financial sponsors, and real estate operating companies. Over his career, he has originated and executed a wide range of transactions, including public M&A, IPOs, portfolio sales, recapitalizations, and fundraising. Before Evercore, he spent time in real estate investment banking at Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, and Lehman Brothers, based in New York and London.
