Bio: After a lengthy career with Goldman Sachs’ Real Estate Principal Investment Area, Roy founded Stonetown Capital Group in Denver, CO in 2010. Investing through a series of private equity funds, Stonetown is an active acquiror and aggregator of manufactured housing communities throughout the Southwest and Southeastern United States. Focused on acquiring under-capitalized assets, Stonetown pursues a “fix and fill” strategy adding substantial affordable free-market homes to markets struggling with insufficient housing. Roy lives in suburban Denver with his wife and two kids. Passions include the mountains of Colorado and spending time in Costa Rica.
