Bio: Roshan 'Ro' Mehdizadeh Corsiglia is a Sr. Director at Google, overseeing Technology & Governance within the Real Estate Workplace Services & Global Security and Resilience Services (REWS & GSRS) organization. She leads operational excellence across a multi-billion-dollar real estate portfolio, covering compliance, project controls, and tech innovation. This supports 35,000+ extended workforce personnel and thousands of capital projects annually. Her expertise spans technology, sustainability, and real estate, reflected in her peer-reviewed publications and patents. Ro holds a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, where she also serves as an Adjunct Professor. She earned a BS and MS in Engineering from Santa Clara University and a MA in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins. In 2019, she received "Women of Influence" awards from both the Silicon Valley Business Journal and the San Francisco Business Times. A former All-American swimmer, she also competed in two U.S. Olympic Trials.
