    Bio: Leo Simpser founded and heads LLJ Ventures, a Private Equity Platform focused on RE. Under his leadership, LLJ has done transactions in excess of $3bn. Asset classes include hotels, value add apartments and office, retail, land entitlement, bankruptcy workouts, note acquisitions and development. He is also the managing director of LM Advisors, LLC, an RIA with $2bn in assets. Leo co-founded and led the Hispanic National Mortgage Association. Before that he was an Equity Research Analyst at Deutsche Bank. He advises/sits on the board of a handful of growing companies, including FusionX, Grabalfa, Mishpat Finance Ventures. Leo was born in Mexico and graduated magna cum laude with a B.S.E from Wharton and a B.A. from Penn. He holds an MBA from Stanford University. Leo has been involved at the Ken Jewish Community for over ten years and is currently on its board of trustees. He founded and heads Kavod Fund, a non-profit organization to help people succeed, through dignified interest free lending.
