Bio: Patricio has 30+ years experience in real estate investments, as well as private equity portfolios with Mexican and International investors. He has been a partner and COO of Artha Capital since its inception in 2010 and serves as CEO of its industrial platform, Frontier Industrial, focusing on the acquisition, development, and disposition of industrial properties. Artha is a diversified private equity fund with $1.5B+ of assets under management. From 2006-2010 he was Managing Director at GICSA. Before, he spent 16 years at Consorcio ARA, as Field Engineer and then its Managing Director for Construction and Development. In the latter capacity, he led a 50/50 joint venture with O'Connor Capital Partners for the development and operation of a retail portfolio in Mexico. He has a BS in Civil Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and an MS from Stanford (Fulbright Scholar). He is a board member of the Asociacion Mexicana de Parques Industriales Privados and The American School Foundation in Mexico City.
