    Bio: Patricio Gutiérrez Tommasi is Managing Partner of DEWA and CEO of Frontier Industrial, bringing more than 35 years of experience in the planning, execution, and management of large-scale real estate investments. A member of the group since its inception, he has played a central role in shaping its long-term strategy and capital deployment across industrial, logistics, and development platforms. Under his leadership, Frontier has become a key contributor to Mexico’s industrial infrastructure, developing and operating assets that strengthen supply chains, enhance regional competitiveness, and support long-term economic resilience. Patricio is recognized for disciplined execution, strategic clarity, and a systemic approach to development, aligning financial performance with broader regional and institutional outcomes. His work reflects a conviction that capital, when deployed with rigor and responsibility, can build durable value across cycles. He began his career as a field engineer and rose through progressively senior roles in construction, development, operations, and portfolio management before assuming leadership of Frontier, bringing operational depth to his capital allocation responsibilities. Patricio holds a Civil Engineering degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Master of Science in Engineering from Stanford University, where he was a Fulbright Scholar. He serves on the boards of the Asociación Mexicana de Parques Industriales (AMPIP), Stanford Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE), and The American School Foundation in Mexico City.
