Bio: Mr. Kelly is the founder and managing partner of StraightLine Partners - an alternative investment platform with investments in real estate and financial services. Portfolio holdings include: Croesus and Company, an international real estate advisory firm with over $500M in AUM; BKL Partners, an alternative lender to real estate developers; Serra Capital; which provides project finance capital to rated governmental and corporate borrowers. David is lead director on the board for TCW Direct Lending; lead director of Invesco's INREIT and INCREF vehicles; is a director of Ashton Woods Homes and Acadia Behavioral Health. He also serves on the endowment of the Children's Medical Center of Dallas. Mr. Kelly served as Chairman of the Teacher's Retirement System of Texas (TRS) from 2007-2017.
