    Bio: Richard Cisakowski has more than 30 years of experience in land development, large-scale real estate financing and homebuilding. Recently, his related companies completed over $400 million in equity transactions, which they currently manage. Richard is also the Managing Executive of the NMC consortium which is developing 4,000 acres in the City of Ontario, California. Before creating his own companies, Richard was a Partner with Paragon Homes, SVP for Lennar Partners/LNR Properties and COO of Young America Homes. He also held several key positions with KB Home Corp., including Division President, and commercial real estate developer, Trammel Crow Company. Richard is a former Board Member of RJ America Homes for Rent and Alexandria Realty. Richard earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on finance from Georgetown University and an MBA from Stanford University.
