Bio: Mr. Cisakowski has more than 35 years of experience in land development, large-scale real estate financing and homebuilding. Currently, his related companies are entitling/developing over 1,200 acres and have completed over $500 million in land transactions. Mr. Cisakowski is also the Managing Executive of the NMC consortium which is developing 4,000 acres in the City of Ontario, California. Before creating his own companies, Mr. Cisakowski was a Partner with Paragon Homes, SVP for Lennar Partners/LNR Properties and COO of Young America Homes. He also held several key positions with KB Home Corp., including Division President, and commercial real estate developer, Trammel Crow Company. Mr. Cisakowski is a former Board Member of RJ America Homes for Rent and Alexandria Realty. Mr. Cisakowski earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance from Georgetown University and an MBA from Stanford University.
