Bio: Ken Valach is the CEO of Trammell Crow Residential, Crow Holdings Industrial and Crow Holdings office, collectively called Crow Holdings Development, a leading real estate development company that specializes in multifamily, industrial and office projects throughout the country. Ken served as CFO of a private company and as a management consultant with Price Waterhouse. He received a BA in Economics and Math, cum laude, from Claremont McKenna College, where he serves on the Board of Trustees. He received an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Ken is Chair of National Multifamily Housing Council and Chairman of New Hope Housing. He also serves on the boards of Coalition for the Homeless, Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies, and Real Estate Roundtable.
