Bio: Tom Lockard is a managing director at InspereX, an investment bank structuring, underwriting, and distributing fixed income securities. InspereX was formed in 2021 by the merger of Incapital and 280 CapMarkets, where Tom was a co-founder. He previously was Vice President of Real Estate and Institutional Investments for Fundrise and continues to serve as investor representative to the Fundrise eREITs and Interval Funds. Prior to Fundrise, Tom structured and underwrote municipal bonds for 30 years at Stone & Youngberg. Tom earned an AB at Stanford and an MBA at Wharton.
