Bio: Josh Waltzer is the Head of Residential Bridge Lending for Bayview Asset Management's lending platform, Silver Hill Funding. Previously, Josh was the Founder and Managing Partner at North Street Finance, which provided financing and advisory services to the residential construction and investment industry; North Street originated and structured nearly $100 million of financing transactions. Prior to co-founding North Street, Josh was a director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he was the senior investment banker on the West Coast for the Real Estate Investment Banking Group. During his 10+ year career at BofAML, he raised over $25 billion of capital for public and private real estate clients and advised on over $15 billion of M&A transactions. Prior to BofAML, Josh was an Asset Manager at Newmark & Co. Real Estate, Inc. in New York, NY where he was responsible for managing the operations of over 1.5 million square feet of office properties.
