Bio: Josh Waltzer is the CEO of HomeVestors, the largest homebuyer franchise in the U.S., with approximately 1,000 independently owned and operated franchises across 47 states and Washington D.C. Prior to joining HomeVestors, Josh was the Head of Residential Bridge Lending for Bayview Asset Management’s lending platform, Silver Hill Funding. He also founded and served as Managing Partner of North Street Finance, which originated and structured nearly $100 million in financing for residential construction and investment projects. Earlier, Josh was a Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he spent over a decade advising real estate clients and raising more than $25 billion in capital and $15 billion in M&A transactions. He began his career as an Asset Manager at Newmark & Co. Real Estate, overseeing 1.5 million square feet of office space in New York City.
