    Bio: Mark MacDonald is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DM Development. Founded in 2010, DM Development focuses on exceptionally designed urban infill properties that revitalize communities and promote sustainable growth, with a portfolio exceeding 1M square feet and over $1B dollars in total value. Mark is deeply involved in all aspects of development, including acquisitions, underwriting, finance, partnerships, design, entitlements, marketing, and sales. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition and has spoken at numerous real estate events such as the San Francisco ULI Residential Local Product Council, the Fisher Center Annual Real Estate and Economics Symposium, the Marcus & Millichap Multifamily Forum, the Northern California Apartment Summit, and the Bisnow Residential Summit. He earned a BS in Computer Systems Engineering with Distinction from Stanford University and a MS in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
