Bio: Raymond Flores is the co-Founder of Calzada Capital Partners, a private equity real estate firm with investments in the United States, Mexico, Australia, French Polynesia, and Chile. The firm’s thirteen portfolio companies own $16.5 billion in real estate assets, including manufactured housing communities, industrial, R&D, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, self-storage, retail and debt. Prior to Calzada, Raymond was the co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Properties of the Americas, the largest privately-owned industrial real estate company in Mexico. Raymond received a BA in Economics from Stanford University, a JD from the UCLA School of Law and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
