Bio: William H. Jackson III joined the firm in 1989. He is a partner in the firm’s real estate department and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. William's practice focuses on the formation and organization of real estate equity investment funds and the representation of real estate private equity investment fund sponsors in real estate joint ventures, acquisition, disposition and financing transactions. William received his JD from Stanford Law School in 1989 and his undergraduate degree in economics from Stanford in 1986.
