Bio: Mike Armstrong is the Chief Strategy Officer at Stream Data Centers, where he leads capital strategy and investment efforts. Previously, he launched Percheron Real Estate Partners, a privately held real estate investment and advisory firm. Mike was formerly a Director in the GI Partners real estate group where he was the head of acquisitions for technology real estate and a member of the investment committee. Prior, he held acquisitions and investment roles at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, in both real estate and infrastructure. Early in his career, Mike worked for Financial Security Assurance Inc., a financial guaranty company, in New York. He is active in the Oakland community primarily through non-profit board service. Mike received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his AB in Economics from Harvard College.
