Bio: Mike Armstrong is a Managing Director of GI Partners and Head of Tech & Science Real Estate Investments. Previously, he was the Chief Strategy Officer of Stream Data Centers, where he led capital markets and investment efforts. Mike was formerly a Director in the GI Partners real estate group where he led technology real estate acquisitions. Prior, he held acquisitions and investment roles at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, in both real estate and infrastructure. Early in his career, Mike worked for Financial Security Assurance Inc., a financial guaranty company, in New York. He is active in the Oakland community primarily through non-profit board service. Mike received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his AB in Economics from Harvard College.
