Bio: Benton is the Founder & CEO of Lightswitch, a tech-enabled consolidation platform focused on the property management sector. He also founded RCH, a multi-family real estate investment platform that has closed 30+ deals and has $50M+ of AUM. Previously, he was the CEO of Total Home Roofing, one of the country's largest residential roofing contractors. He has held investing roles at IAC, an internet/media holding company founded by Barry Diller, and CVC Capital, a global private equity fund with >$150B of AUM. He started his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Finance from The University of Alabama and an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.
