Bio: Jordan is the Managing Partner of Building Bloch Capital (BBC), a missing-middle housing and affordable housing developer focused on building new housing projects in the City of Los Angeles. Before founding BBC, Jordan worked in structured finance and M&A for Lightsource bp (LSbp), a utility-scale solar developer that was fully acquired by British Petroleum (BP) in Q4 2023. In this role, Jordan helped structure more than $100 million in capitalizations, including tax equity and debt financing, from some of the world’s largest banks for U.S.-based projects. Prior to LSbp, Jordan worked on the equity and debt advisory structuring team for HFF Los Angeles (JLL Capital Markets). Jordan began a career in finance working in Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) investment banking for Guggenheim Partners in New York. Jordan earned a B.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University in 2015.
