Bio: Sean is a graduate of Stanford Law School practicing law in the field of Real Estate and Land Use at the law firm DLA Piper. Sean assists in due diligence efforts across a broad range of real estate transaction and product types, and has assisted investors and developers in securing entitlements and approvals from governments in California and beyond. He focuses on Housing Element law and new state laws that streamline the approval of high-density multi-family developments, and also has broad competency in a variety of environmental and land use areas, helping clients to comply with or amend project approval conditions or zoning regulations, craft legal arguments that can be made to local governments or courts, and negotiate development agreements and lease agreements.
