Following Starwood, he moved back to Houston and started Scarlet with his brother. Scarlet is a generalist real estate investment firm, with our primary focus being the development of ground up workforce housing, redevelopment of urban core mixed use buildings, operating infill industrial assets, and buying large-format tracts for eventual development.
