Bio: Erich is a founding Principal at Herndon Capital Partners, where he co-chairs the Investment Committee and leads the Investor Relations team. Herndon is a multifamily focused investor headquartered in Solana Beach, CA. Previously, Erich worked as an investment and development manager for the Koman Group, where he focused exclusively on multifamily real estate. Erich served for nine years as a Navy SEAL platoon commander with four combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He has received numerous awards, including the Bronze Star with Valor for his distinguished service. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics and has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, NAOIP San Diego, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business San Diego Chapter.
