Maya runs a lean operation and prioritizes standardization across her projects. Prior to founding Redwood, Maya ran development projects ranging from ground up Class A condo towers and boutique hotels to value-add warehouses and tech offices. Maya played varsity soccer at Stanford and today scratches her competitive itch on her bicycle in the Marin headlands.
