Bio: Caleb Cragle is a senior director on the investment team at DivcoWest, responsible for platform investments and growth strategies. Since joining DivcoWest, he has worked on transactions across numerous asset classes, including multifamily, hotels, and single-family-rentals, working closely with DivcoWest’s asset management and capital markets teams on business plan execution and financing. Prior to joining DivcoWest in 2020, Caleb worked at Goldman Sachs.
