Bio: Mr. Reed is a Vice President in the San Francisco office. Patrick focuses on loan originations and credit and underwriting analysis. Prior to joining Prime, Patrick worked as a Senior Analyst for Värde Partners, where he focused on underwriting real estate investments including bridge and mezzanine loans, preferred equity, and loan portfolio opportunities across the United States and as a Manager for The Concord Group, a real estate advisory firm.
