As Seattle’s first mass timber office building available for lease, Northlake Commons features 16,000-28,000 square foot floor plans and outdoor spaces on every floor, including a rooftop deck and an outdoor plaza. The building is LEED Platinum certified and will clean 2.6 million gallons of storm water every year.
