The 1.7 million-square-foot skyscaper by architect Kohn Pedersen Fox redefines the skyline with its iconic design and is notable for its unrivaled amenities, best-in-class sustainability practices and unparalleled location at the doorstep of Grand Central Station in Midtown. Officially opened in late 2020, One Vanderbilt was 70% pre-leased by many of the world’s leading finance, banking, law and real estate firms.
