This exclusive tour will showcase the redevelopment and transformation of Treasure Island (TI) and Yerba Buena Island (YBI). This visionary project is revitalizing the islands into vibrant, sustainable communities that blend urban living with stunning natural beauty. The tour will feature key developments, including Isle House on Treasure Island, and the Residences at YBI. Attendees will also explore the new park system on YBI, offering panoramic views that connect residents and visitors to the natural landscape. The tour will be led by Danielle Butler (Treasure Island Development Group), with additional insights from guest speakers, and will conclude with a hosted happy hour and hors d’oeuvres at Gold Bar in the historic Administration Building.

Additional Logistics:

  • The ferry to Treasure Island leaves the San Francisco Ferry Building – Gate B at 3:20 for a 3:30 arrival. The shuttle will leave promptly after arriving at Treasure Island.
  • * If you prefer to drive to Treasure Island, you can park in the parking lot of Building 1 (1 Avenue of the Palms)
  • The tour will plan to arrive at Gold Bar between 5:00 and 5:30 pm. Drinks and apps will be provided
  • There are multiple return ferry options to SF: 5:50 pm, 6:30 pm, and 7:15 pm
