Students: Conversation with Urban Studies Lecturer Mark Wolfe ('89)

On Wednesday, May 24, ASPIRE members engaged in a lunch talk with Mark Wolfe ('89), a land-use attorney and lecturer in Stanford's Urban Studies program, on the subject of bid-rent theory and urban land markets.  The topics discussed in this conversation are central to the understanding of issues such as gentrification, business location decisions, and adaptive reuse, so ASPIRE members are very fortunate to be able to learn about such an important topic.
Wolfe teaches about this topic, and many others, in his course entitled "The Urban Economy", offered at Stanford every other year.
