Southern California SPIRE recently toured Carmel Partner’s new development, Eighth & Grand. Located in what used to be known as simply “Downtown” (now DTLA), the area is now popular with those drawn to the area’s burgeoning art scene and nightlife hot spots. With a 41,000 square foot Whole Foods on the ground level, and incredible walls of glass, Eighth & Grand blends in naturally with the neighborhood’s stylish look and feel.
The 700 units range from 516 SF singles to 1,323 SF three-bedroom units with approximately 80% of the units having balconies. We will have an opportunity to explore the lengthy list of amenities which include a 3,370-square-foot "Sky Lounge," bar area, and pool on the roof as well as the lobby café, fitness center, social clubhouse, zen garden, private screening room and pet wash and grooming area.
